Letta Home Program

Introducing an exciting, new way that you can partner with IAP in support of ongoing projects. It is called the Letta Home Program. IAP has established a partnership network with real estate agents across the United States and in 64 other countries world-wide, so that when you buy or sell real estate using one of their partners, a portion (in many cases 100%) of the agent's profits from the transaction will be donated to IAP. In past years, IAP was able to raise over $40,000 for the Letta Micro-Finance Institute in Ethiopia using this giving strategy. This year they hope to shatter that number, but they can only accomplish this if you buy or sell real estate using one of their real estate partners.

The beauty of the Letta Home Program is that you don't have to spend a dime of your own money to support IAP financially (although that is always welcomed). Simply use a Letta Home partnering agent to represent you with your real estate transaction and he/she will graciously donate a portion or all of the profits from the sale to IAP. It doesn't get any easier than that!

To find a partnering agent in your area, simply contact IAP and let us know that you would like to buy or sell real estate using the Letta Home Program.
